Since 2008, we have had the privilege of partnering with nonprofits, churches, schools, and grassroots organizations to plan events that amplify their missions, engage supporters, and generate resources to further their causes.

Beyond event logistics, our business provides peace of mind and professional expertise to organizations that may not otherwise have access to high-quality planning services. This allows them to focus on serving their communities while we handle the details that make their events impactful and memorable.

We also strive to support local vendors and small businesses by collaborating with caterers, photographers, and other service providers in the Hampton Roads area, ensuring that economic opportunities circulate within our community. Our difference lies in our passion for people. In 2019, Encore! Professional Event Planning brought the inaugural Hampton Roads Encore! Awards to the stage at the Hampton Roads Convention Center.  The Hampton Roads Encore! Awards is an annual, elegant awards ceremony produced by Encore! Professional Event Planning that honors outstanding individuals, businesses, and organizations in the 757 area. It highlights achievements in community service, philanthropy, and talent, typically featuring over 100 nominees across various categories in an event designed to showcase local excellence. It's purpose is designed to shine a spotlight on local talent, businesses, churches, and entertainers, fostering community pride and providing advertising opportunities for participants. Awards are given for civic engagement, humanitarian efforts, and professional achievements. Often held as an evening of elegance, the show includes entertainment, music, and comedy, and has also been featured on platforms like SKY4 and Facebook Live. The event was founded and is produced by Pattie Bolton Richmond, CEO & Owner of Encore!, to highlight the diverse talents within the Hampton Roads community.
